Contracted SHS to:
Convert basic vapor barrier to sealed vapor barrier with tape and spray foam.
Install Relative Humidity “Real-Time Monitor” for crawl w/ indoor display. Provide chart for understanding.
Install 4″ Louvered Adjustable Drying Mechanism and adjust to nearly zero airflow or ~ 10-20CFM. Install basic signage i.e. SEALED CRAWLSPACE and indicators for both the RH sensor and Drying mechanism.
Insulate / weatherstripping / carpentry for Crawlspace Door
Install spray foam against foundation walls and band-joist at 1.5″
Closed Cell Ignition Barrier Spray foam R-10+ (R-7/Inch)
General re-inspection and QA walk-through.
