Below you will see some in process and completion photos. The reflective material used is called PRODEX and we don’t often have to use it to cover the “pony wall” (wooden foundation wall) but this home had a very leaky pony wall and this material air-seals, insulates and is easier to apply than fiberglass batts in each cavity and a separate air-barrier. This insulation, being continuous across the wall makes it serve multiple purposes and perform very well.
