Energy Audit Completed July 6th, 2010 – SHS Recommends Sealed Crawlspace to stop mold blooms. Expect BIG savings given the extent of the duct-work in the space. “DELUXE Crawlspace Renovation Contract. Attic still needs attention, but main duct failure has been repaired.
“Stage 1” completed July8th. Extended combustion air intakes – plugged vents – installed 3 supply-air-inducers – installed 3 RH monitors
“Stage 2” completed August 12th. Insulation and Debris Removed from crawlspace (1.68 Tons!) and Belongings Temporarily Stored – Used sun-light to kill mold on wood shelves.
“Stage 3” August 16th. Laid Plastic. August 18th. Spray Foam Installation and finishing details. Walk-through August 24th.

August 27th, 2010 – Adjusted Crawlspace Air-Flow Way Down in zone 2 and slightly down in zone 1  – All crawlspaces 68F and 60%RH!!!
Year 1 – Minimum Crawlspace Temp  = 69F | Avg Temp = 72 | Max Temp = 78 | High RH% = 70 | Low RH% = 44%
August 1, 2010 – Complimentary Check up – Crawlspace performing beautifully. No complaints!
